| George Balut took his first workshop in 1979. George became interested in Reflexology because his Mother, Grandmother and himself were having major health issues. A family friend told them to try Reflexology and figured what could it hurt not to try it. After some sessions they began to feel better. With the nudging of Harold & Joy Wilson, George took his first workshop and the rest is history he was hooked. George joined the IIR Team of Instructors in 1983 teaching throughout the United States and Canada. In his many years of teaching he has also taught Workshops in Australia, New Zealand and England. George’s passion has always been to teach others what he knows. In college his major was education, as many of us do however he got sidetracked and becoming an accountant. After a few years of accounting he found Reflexology to be what he needed to do. When George is not teaching Workshops he is always out there promoting Reflexology. He also runs a Herb and Vitamin business in Warren, Ohio, where he sees clients and lives with his wife Diane. |
